It starts with what you need to know
Before building anything, I want to understand what data you already generate, where it comes from, what you currently report on, and what you actually want to measure. From there, we can work out how the data should be structured so the reporting reflects the way your business works.

04 — EXPERIENCE
Experience behind the work
At Sanofi, I worked with sales, pharmacy, wholesaler and commercial data, built reporting solutions for multiple European markets, and automated recurring reporting that reduced work from hours to minutes. I also worked directly with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, so my approach to data has always started with the people using it and the decisions they need to make.
