Fulfillment & Processing

• Every print is made to order in collaboration with our trusted print partner.
• This ensures museum-quality production and fast, reliable delivery worldwide.
• Production usually takes up to 72 hours (3 business day) before dispatch.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Times

• We ship worldwide.
• After production, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier speed.
• Please note: total delivery time = production + delivery.

 

Packaging

• All orders are packed securely in plastic-free, eco-friendly cardboard boxes.
• Shipments are white-label (no external branding).

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

• For orders delivered outside the EU, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
• AX Data Solutions B.V. has no control over these charges.

 

Delays & Missing Shipments

If your package isn’t delivered within 30 days, please contact us at studio@aksziii.com. We’ll work with our partner and the carrier to locate or replace your order.
